Eden Hotel feels like a sanctuary. Entering the hotel brought instant comfort. The location in Haifa is cute, and I appreciated the serene atmosphere. The staff worked hard to. My Classic Double Room overlooked the fine Bahai Gardens, especially amazing at sunset. The room itself was well-equipped, it had a kettle, microwave, and tv. The free closed parking was a significant convenience for me. I had issues with laundry service being way too expensive. While clean upon arrival, some areas of the hotel seemed dated and could use a refresh.

It is undoubtedly a beautiful small and well priced option when you are in Haifa. We think its a good home base for staying in Haifa.
The bathrooms are very small.

We loved the spacious family room with a beautiful balcony view. It was perfect for our large group, including our pets! The location made exploring Haifa super easy, and the kids enjoyed the nearby parks.
My children wanted more activities for younger kids to enjoy.

I stayed in the room that was completely not renovated like the photos and available with cute built in shower. I had television, a mini bar fridge and a microwave oven in the room. It had particularly good and excellent location close enough to restaurants.

perfect location & warm vibes
Staying here was a breath of fresh air! The staff were super friendly and helped park my car. The location is spot on. I could easily explore both the upper and lower parts of the city on foot. Breakfast at the partnering hotel was def one of the best I had in Israel, with a huge variety. Just wish the rooms were a tad bigger.

Charming old gentleman ownes the hotel. His family rules the place since 1932 or smthg. Very unusual and interesting for those who understand stylish, unique, archaic atmosphere... it is like you go to 1930s apartment or hostel. Strong wi-fi though and fancy flat TV panel.Nice breakfast is offered in a cafe close by. Very clean place. Small parking lot which is very important. OK for 1 night in Haifa.

Not far from the hotel there is a bus stop, change currency offices, a market-street, shops, metro (underground railway station) 5-7 minutes walk. Pleasant staff. Some of the staff speak in Russian. Reasonable price compared to other hotels.
The hotel is located at the crossroads with traffic lights. Many cars, so it is very noisy and it makes it difficult to sleep. Location toilet on the balcony is not very convenient, but not terrible. It has a normal appearance. Very inconvenient parking. Fits up to 4 cars in 2 rows. From the second row can leave only if the first is free. However, I have no problems arose. The breakfast don't include.

We had a great group vacation! We loved the location and found it perfect for exploring local spots, especially the beautiful beach and vibrant markets. The room wasnice and neat, and the staff was super helpful-shout out to the awesome front desk team! Just note that parking can be a bit limited.
I did have a rough time with the pillows. Mine was not comfortable at all, while my friends had better options. It definitely affected my sleep quality, so I hope they improve that aspect.

The friendliness of staff and their willingness to help with every request. There were roadworks for most of the night and the staff did everything possible to help. We suggested, however, that they offer earplugs to the guests while roadworks were in progress.
Although the bathroom was attached to the room inside, I would have preferred a toilet which was not on the balcony. However, it was clean, and contributed to a very interesting stay. I cannot blame the hotel for the roadworks, but perhaps they could try to improve the door and window fittings.

This is a modest hotel but the owners were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. I have booked a second time at the end of my trip.

A peaceful retreat in Haifa
Upon entering the Eden Hotel, I instantly felt at home, surrounded by its charming history and cute atmosphere. The staff were always eager to help.
The narrow bathroom left no space for hanging my wet towels, a bit inconvenient .

Location is good. But rather noisy place even at nights. The toilet is on the room's balcony, but is not a problem at all. The stuff is very friendly.
